Was called today about a debt I allegedly has in 2011. I do not recall this, claiming they are sending someone to arrest me because I had not paid Westgate Financial. They asked if I can get an attorney. I told them yes, and they said they are sending out the uniformed process server.
Jessica called my cell and said my Dad owes money from 2007 but would not give any info. Just said he would be processed and they wanted the number to who is handling his financial affairs.. She said the name of the company is The Locator Services Group, Ltd. I looked them up and called and they are in MA. They said she does not work for them, they do not recognize the name or the phone number she left. SMH...
