It's Fifth Turd. Not sure how, but when I called it, Verizon Wireless gave me an automated response saying it wasn't in service. I guess you can set up a phone number that doesn't accept calls.
This number constantly calls my cell. It is 5th/3rd Bank. They also call from 773-685-6967. Probably use other numbers as well. I just made a payment to them and told them I would send another on the 14th. They said ok and yet are still blowing up my phone and today is only the 8th.
