These people call all the time. How can I stop them from calling me?

Have gotten several calls on my cell.  Try to call back but line is busy.  Never leaves a message.  They need to stop!

left no message, I blocked the call, they called right back

Got a missed call on my cell phone. As I always look through google whenever i get a call from unknown numbers, did the same thing that time too and found so many others victims of the same numbers. So far gotten only one call i guess..
