Why don't you just answer the call, they don't care if you want their call or not, then play a shrill noise in their ear. They are trying to get info from the elderly. You must make sure you protect your elderly members.
Called my home phone number I did not recognize the number so did not answer. ID display shows only "Charlotte, NC" and 704-837-1316. No message left on answering machine. Am also on the NC and National Do Not Call registers.

This goes on everday for many different numbers from all over the USA. Callers are unknown and no message are ever left.
Many of these calls are dialed by a computer and not the human being doing the talking. The old air horn worked back the days of the rotary dial. Not so much, anymore
