Protocol Recovery - Dan Williams called me on my job - I asked several times for a phone number and address and the absolutlely refused to give that to me. He threatened me to call the HR dept where I work and the told me that there was not a thing that I could do about it. To start off he did not even tell me who he was or why he was calling until after about the 7th time I told him I would sue him if he called my work place again. That is when is said "This is an attempt to collect a debt and anything you say can be used for that matter".....This was well into over 4 mins in to the call. This man was rude and THREATENING......and now they are calling my cell phone. However, he told me that the was no obligation to prove anything to me about any debt to Sears yet he expected me to give him $$$....THIS WAS ABSOLUTELY HARRASSMENT!
