You can't be serious? After several people wrote that its an alarm company, and legit. Here's a thought.. Answer the phone(or call them back). That # was probably someone else's, and the alarm company thinks they're calling that person. So tell them that you are not who they think they are calling, and the calls will stop. Or, someone put on a caller list.. Best way to find out....answer the phone or call them back. It's that simple.
OK they called around 10am then called again just now 10:42am. I answered, didn't give them a chance to speak. Told them do not spam me, I didn't sign up, I'm not interested, go eff themselves. I hung up and they called back immediately.
I have the free version of YouMail and have now added them to the spam and Ditch lists. If they call and get voicemail it will tell them my number has been disconnected and will hang up on them.

Will call anytime your alarm panel (or someones whose notification list you are on) sends in a signal (alarm or trouble, power loss, low battery) no matter what time it is unless account states otherwise. Can only leave a voice mail if account states to leave messages. You can always request to change how they notify you through the monitoring station or through you installation company.
I just changed my number and already this morning I have received two calls from this number. It is a security alarm company that I have never heard of before. They are closed on the weekends so I guess I will have to wait until Monday to call the office directly. Until then I will just have to heal with these irritating phone calls.

We do not have any control over what time alarms go off, but we are there 24/7/365 to protect residences and commercial accounts.
