Phone rang and answer machine picked up and they didn't leave a message

call me a bunch of times in the last few months. No message when i call back number it says its disconnected.

Called twice in one week--no one on line when answered.

Voice mail from 704-847-4698 "Eligible to activate warranty coverage…"
Message had no real information.

its annoying i call back and they say the # is disconnected. but they still call back whenever they want
