received a call from 704-859-5610. How did they get my number...Saying I signed up for something about education but I didn't.

KEEP GETTING THESE CALLS .STOP THESE CALLS.I AM TIRED OF IT.THAT IS MY REQUEST STOP THESE CALLS.

This number rang my phone but I didn't answer it because I didn't recognize the number. The last time I received annoying phone calls from a "business" I called them and told them to take me off their calling list. I had to do this three times but it finally worked.
