This phone number (704-872-5231) is Tharpe-Robbins. They administer my company's Service Award Program. The call I got was a customer service call following up on a comment I made while filling out the survey regarding my service award. It was NOT an unsolicited call. In fact - it was downright excellent customer service!
Well I believe this could be scam or solicitation as I unlike the above didn't have any service done. They called didn't leave a message I blocked them!
