Saw neighborhood watch on caller I.D. and I let it ring. They left no message. It would be pretty hard to have a neighborhood watch way out in the country where neighbors are few and far between.
Hurray ! I WON ! (but I already have a home security system) CONCORD appeared on caller I.D. I pressed 1 then a wanna-be answered so I told him I would like to make an appointment with their company so I could waste some of their time since they wont take me off the list. (I am on the Do Not Call list) They said they would call back 5 or 6 times to waste more of my time. Then the conversation got lame! They said something about my wife so I said something about his boy friend ... that is when (I hate to say "he" because the individual I talked to is not much of a man) he put the conversation on the speaker phone so I kept quiet. (not gonna play that game) Now I believe it is OK to have fun at work, but this call center is making a party of it ! Seriously, WHY WOULD I WANT A COMPANY LIKE THAT, TO BE RESPONSIBLE FOR MY HOME SECURITY SYSTEM ? I did ask for his name... Like I said, "NOT MUCH OF A MAN!"
