These people saying they represent the North Carolina Troopers Assn, will drive you nuts with their repeated phone calls. Plus 90% of the time the phone rings but no one is there. I have told them in the past to take my name off their list, but that doesn't work. I think they just start calling more after that. These are telemarketers - not state toopers or any other law enforcement agency.
