I answered the phone and there was a brief ring as it connected me to someone. The woman said she was with the Vehicle Processing Department and asked about a car I haven't owned in 2 years. I asked what company she worked for and she slowly said Vehicle Processing Department and I told her what company she was working for. She told me it was for the underwriting of our warranty and I told her it was [***], that I wanted to know what company she worked for because I was reporting them to the Do Not Call list. She told me it wasn't [***] and I hung up.
They asked for my husband. I told them that he wasn't here and told them to remove this number from their list. It came up with 704-897-2971 and it was Unknown Name.
