Got a call from this number, the caller ID showed a local cell phone company and I didnt answer (long story but a business number is mis-printed in the phone book so I never answer unless I know who it is) but anyhow they left a message. Come to find out that it is a collection agency looking for a relative. Not sure faking an incoming call is legal for a debt collector to do.
