Received call from this number, asked for me I said yes then asked to confirm an old address.  When I asked who was calling she refused to answer.  She asked again about address and I said if you can't tell me who you are then I'm not continuing this conversation.  She said it was concerning a personal matter and she couldn't say what it was about until I confirmed my address and updated it and I said well if that's all you are willing to say, then this conversation is over and hung up. It probably was a debt collector, but if I've already told you it was me, then the personal business should have been discussed without me giving you any more information about myself.  Too many scams out there to do so.
