we keep getting phone calls and recordings from this number. They keep saying that we have a past due payday loan and that they are getting ready to sue us. We have never taken out a loan with any payday service. I'm thinking it is a scam since they keep asking for a credit card number. Either way, they are harassing us to death.

I called them back, and they say I owe for a pay day loan. Their client is Vin Capital, llc They keep threatening to sue! What can be done to stop these people from harassing me? The message says PreTrial Processing is their name.
Idiots keep calling......they are jerks, what a scam...I don't have any loans out with anyone, and they insist on calling me, I told them to come to my office with the paperwork, and we would settle it.
