Who called from 7049151380

I received the text I know it is a fake!!
It said...
Your entry last month has WON! Go to http://www.target.com.thhd.biz/?claimid=113 and enter your Winning Code: "6655" to claim your FREE $500 Target Giftcard!

i received a txt saying i had won $500 gift card from an entry last month, i received the txt at 11 o'clock at night, i knew it was fake or scam bc i never entered any target contest!

I recieved two of these messages, one at 5:04 in the morning. How do they get our phone numbers?

My wife and I each got text messages which said "Your entry last month has WON! Go to http://www.target.com.thhd.biz/?claimid=113 and enter your Winning Code: "6655" to claim your FREE $500 Target Giftcard!"

I thought we were on the do-not-call list........

The phone number I received this text from was a differant number.  the number is443-253-2292,  I know this is a scam becasuse I never entered any contests either.  Someone needs to put a stop to this as it is very annoying.
