Called and hung up when asked who it was.

Called, hung up when answered

This is The Hartford Insurance Co in Charlotte, NC.  They have a call center there.  If it was a call and hang up they were most likely soliciting new Insurance Agencies and realized they had reached a personal phone line.  ??  I hope this helps...
