Got a call and they asked if we were having any problems with our garage door opener. Apparently a harasser as it is not from a reputable door installation company.
My son bought à new house and was contacted before moving in about a wifi gratuit issue. He met with the person who called and it was a CPI sales person. He explained he was hésitant about signing on until he got adjusted financially to the new house payement. He told them i, his father, was a long time customer who was interested in up grades that new customers were offered, that i was not receiving. I met a CPI agent who promised me the upgrades. However, when he did not sign they ignored me. I finally reached head of sales who admitted to the décritful "wiring" story to get new customers. They made upgrades,to which i paid for, and corrected some things the installer should never have been lert the way they were. The signée contracté for the next year was for the same rage we had been paying. We have been harassed with phone calls monthly, if not weekly, for six months saying i ose them. The monthly free is drafted.
I havé contacted my attorney and will the BBB. I would not recommend CPI. THEY ARE DECEITFUL AND HARASSING.
