Received call at 11:30 am on cell phone. Answered "hello?" and could hear multiple voices in background but call was disconnected before anyone said anything. Five minutes later, my phone rings again. Same number. I answer again, "hello?". Some older lady (or at least a woman that has smoked cigarettes for many years) says "I'm sorry, I have the wrong number" and hangs up.
