"Yeah Hi, this is Mark, wondering if you do small business webs site design or what businesses you do. Wondering if you can take on a couple projects....". he left the 704 number in his message.
Mark called me, no last name given, of course. Left a voicemail telling me he had two clients who need small business web design. He is not looking to pass on business to you, only to sell you his services. Classic bait and switch. Beware. His other number is 844-394-9866

Mark has called back saying he contacted me a couple weeks ago (which he did) and was wondering if I could take on a couple design projects.
Call back? Based on what I see here, I don't think so.
