706-224-8245 called me early today at 3:11 am AND 3:12 am.  Luckily this phone number had already annoyed me enough that it was on my ignore list and i had assigned a special one-beep ringtone to it. Otherwise my phone's default ring would have awakened me for nothing. It seems  this particular scammer was using the trick where if people do not answer they call back right away to make their target think it is an important call.

This awful behavior is even scummy for a scammer. :-/
