Will this soon stop with the new ruling?

All the world love's a lover - and an optimist. Great to see the new ruling on Robocalls, but a telephone service provider has to act on it first. Put a splashy "We block robocalls" on TV during prime time & watch the sales take off.

This # called me 4 times today....said obscene things. I could hear call center sounds in the back ground. Who would pay people to do this???
