I receive 3 to 4 phone calls per day from people with the first 6 digits being 706-231.  My number begins with these digits also so I know that they are with the same cell phone service I have.  I am tired of receiving these calls.  When I answer they hang up.  If I don't answer they do not leave a message so I know they are not ligitimate calls.  I would like to know who these people are.  I have not called any of these numbers.  I have blocked them from my phone.
