This is a computerized call calling on behalf of Health Care Enrollment. The computerized voice claimed that I had inquired about health insurance, which is a lie. I already have insurance and have not made any inquiries and I hung up the call. I suspected that this number was spoofed or even out of service. So I called back within 2 minutes of the call and of course I received the following message: "The number you have dialed has changed or is out of service"
