I just got a call from same # - very rude woman, claime not a telemarketer. Do not call list is being ignored. I blocked her number through AT&T (which will show my # as out of service).
My mother who is in her 90s, and does not hear well, has gotten calls from this number several times. I was visiting her, and answered one of the calls myself, a woman trying to get personal information - I did not give her time to make a sales pitch - the name showed as "Flaherty". I said not to call that number again or I would report her - so today, she called my mother again when I was not there. I'm going to put it on the no-call list (I just hope the people with the no-call list follow through)

Caller ID showed as "R. Shair". Said she's from "Medigap". I assume selling insurance. Fairly rude person. I'll watch and see if I get any more calls...then block the number and report it to DNC.
Caller ID is still showing R Shair. Thanks to these posts, I am not answering. This number has called me 3 times thus far today. Person is ignoring the DNC list, or maybe the list was sold as a sales lead list since all the recipients are on the DNC list!
