So, I got an email after posting in kijiji about looking for a babysitting job. About a week later, I received a text message from this number (706-408-5923) asking me to email them. The email looked pretty suspicious, so I copy and pasted a few lines and put them into Google. I then came across this page: "http://800notes.com/Phone.aspx/1-816-533-4879" which has basically the same email message, just with slightly different details.
This is the email:
