Cid says call room. No message calls 2 or 3 times a week. Totally unsolicited however used to have ADA SECURITY residential service.cancelled 5 days before cancel date yet they didn't and charged me the next month this time cancelled their ability to withdraw from my cc. No problem since except for Call Room
