Who called from 7064263695

I see it on my phone but was away didnt get to answer

I received a call from this number (706-426-3695) in Georgia, didn't answer but they left a message from blue cross blue shield for insurance. I also got the same message from this number 620-450-6397 in Kansas, I live in Texas isn't there a blue cross blue shield in Texas to call me.

Wanted me to hit any key

Caller ID came up "Local".  Blocked call #430 (two Panasonics), idiot call #856 since 5/2/13.  Caller
ID "1" (100-000-0000) has called 64 times, including 12 in one day, 6 on another.  I also had to
block my own scammed number as caller ID indicated that I received a call from IT!

Inundated by insurance telemarketers, and this is one of them!
