They are illegally trying to collect debts that have been paid. They threatened to take me to court on a debt I have paid and according to them was charged off on a date that is now beyond the statute of limitations. They refused to send validation, saying I can get that in the discovery on the court case, they did not verify who I am or give me the mini Miranda disclosure before talking to me. The are trying to scare you into paying, KNOW YOUR RIGHTS and they also called me 3 times in 4 hours, so they are harassing me as well.
