Someone from my cell phone from this number called saying they were from Dell and was calling to let me know someone had made several attempts to get into my system and that they needed to access my system to update software. After I asked the person's name, who was clearly from India or somewhere like that, he said his name was Harrison Smith. I asked the caller to spell the Harrison as "Herrison." Then I asked for his number so that I could initiate the call to be sure it was legitimate which I already knew it was not, he gave me the number. I then asked where he was calling from again and he said he was a third party vendor for Dell by the name of I believe he said eClimate. I blocked the number and am not submitting this report to track who is behind this scam.
