Beware of this call. The person is pretending to be a part of utility commission and asking to settle an overdue account.

This is a collection company, they are threatening. RECORD your  conversation and tell them you are recording it. Do not agree or accept anything over the phone. They are  very mean and evil. They still will not send me anything in the mail.
