A Google search shows it to be Straight Edge Lawn Service in Columbus, Georgia. The number is also listed on their Facebook page. However, I am in Texas and don't need a lawn service in Georgia calling my cell phone.

The number is probably spoofed. Telecriminals are using the names and numbers of legitimate and/or defunct businesses to disguise their identities and locations.
