Called today - I said "hello" twice and got no response - I hung up. On my caller ID the following numbers
filled in the name space: V83012353900266 with the telephone number beneath.
The male caller was slow to speak but said he was with a police benevolent group raising money and I hung up while he continued to read his canned speech. Two hours later another call from 7066238215 called and wouldn't answer my Hello. Blocked both numbers- probably crooks.
Police benevolent society. Wanted my credit card number, name and address. Told them I don't give numbers over the phone. Wanted to verify name and address, but had the wrong name. Hung up
