This number is a telemarketer. If you have signed up on any job sites, your number has been sold to the telemarketers to "further your education". I specifically checked the button that I do not want to be contacted abiut furthering my education, but of course, they don't care. They are rude and hang up on you when you tell them you are not interested. When you call back, their system is automatically set upto deny the call. Block the number if you can.
