Who called from 7066224883

Just got a call from this number.  They call every hour!!!!! Talk about harassment. I don't know this number so I don't answer it.  Any idea who it is?

I get a call everyday from this number. I don't know who it is. Please help stop the harrassment

This number calls me at least five times a day. I don't know who it is but I wish they would stop.

Number is from a debt collection agency in Rome GA. Sounded like they said Glass *** Capitol. I forgot what the middle word in their name was, and I'm not certain if Glass is what the guy said.  Were calling for someone who doesn't live here anymore
