Who called from 7066640918

Appears to be a new spam/scam number provided by Level 3 received a hang up/ no message call from this number at 4:34pm 11 Nov.16

I answered but person on other end said nothing and hung up after a few seconds.

Caller hung up when I answered the phone

Received a phone call from this number saying they were having a fundraiser for breast cancer patience that can't afford there bills.

Called and asked for me by my first name. Then started asking for money for women with breast cancer who can not afford their medication. This is a scam. This happened a few years ago as well.
