Who called from 7067451474

called my cell phone. I don't answer numbers I don't know. they did not even leave voice mail. my cell phone is on the do not call registry

So it seems I am the only one they call.  Well this morning they called my cell phone at 5:36 AM and didnt leave a message. ANd i am still on the do not call registry. I looked up a 706 area code and they are in northern Georgia.  Dont know anyone there.
