When I answered they man claimed to be working with the United states Grant department.  (He had a Indian accent.)  I told him I knew in fact he was calling from a scammer number and he quickly hung up.  I tried to call him back and he didn't answer. So, I sent a text to him that I was reporting him for acting like a government agency.
