Spam Ad, Maybe?  -- reported

Got an unwanted call from 706-802-5378. I didn't answer and there was no message left. I am on the Georgia No Call list, how did this happen?

I make it a habit to never use or endorse a company that resorts to spam ads against a forums TOS and obviously breaks the laws as well by cold calling!

Whether is the state DNC or Federal DNC, criminals, foreign country's, frauds, extortion scammers and illegal telemarketers trying ti skirt the DNC's with illegal survey calls will never obey the laws! No DNC can stop these people from doing this, they are not call blockers!

Do a search on call blocking devices and phones.If its a cell phone, there are free call blocking apps out there including trac & straight talk.
