Stayed on hold since they've been calling my house constantly. Now mind you my 2 year old is napping and no one over 40 lives here.
The rep comes on the line and I ask him if he has all my info to ship my device he claims he does and insists I have to pay for a monthly service fee. Well it ALL went down hill from here. We've never given any info. I told him to take me off his list so I don't get disturbed anymore. He asks me why I'm being an a$$ho!e. Well I flipped out on him and then hung up.
