Who called from 7068174120

I also received a call from this number today. It showed it's from Georgia but I don't know anyone in Georgia so I didn't answer, and no message was left.

No message left. When I called it back, it said "Thank you for calling, press 1 to be placed on a do not call list"

Called a new line used for phone testing and left no message. Probably a scammer from the description above.

This number called my cell phone today. I hit decline to answer and they left no message. I thought these scumbags were the least prohibited from calling cell phones.
