Said it's Amy and I'm calling for the Health Department, can you hear me okay? Then she hung up.

I couldn't hear this caller well. It sounded like he said something about Government disability or office of Disability.  I hesitated and they hung up. That was after I'd answered with "Hello", so they knew I was there.  Blocked the number.

Spammer who asks can you hear me? Please do not say yes! They will use it to steal your info!!!
