Who called from 7068174709

Also have received calls from 706-817-4709....caller ID says "Out of area"....no messages left.

I am getting a stream of numbers from the 706 area code. I never answer them. Every single day there is a different 706 number calling me.

Said his name was Billy from the local pre-qualification department.  I held the line in silence,  waiting to hear any background noise, did not respond so caller  hung up.  Another unwanted solicitation.  Guessing could be some sort of scam.
