Who called from 7068262883

I don't answer calls from numbers I don't recognize.

This number called me as well and I didn't answer. I then called it back and an automated message said: "The survey has ended"

What is suspicious to me is that I have gotten 12 other such calls all from the 706 area code over the course of 3 months. I have blocked them, yet they keep changing their number.

Called to tell me I qualify for a free vacation. Would not let me decline so I hung up and have since blocked the number.

I just got another call with the same call back message. This time the number is 706-405-3923
