The people behind this number have called repeatedly, stating I need to give a "statement." Today, the latest voicemail stated they "have a financial instrument from you that was presented to our bank and returned" and they are willing to work with me, and for either me or my legal representative to call the number 877-812-2577. I KNOW this is in regards to a payday loan. I did have one for $300 and the payday loan was draining my checking account, and I had to close it. I also spoke to a rep at the NC State Attorney General's office and she stated that payday loans are ILLEGAL in NC and to pay ONLY the amount in which I borrowed, in which I had done so, actually I paid more than what was borrowed. She also told me to not interact with collectors trying to get more money. So, I have not returned a single call, and am not going to!! I also just filed a complaint on the FTC website in regards to the telephone number 706-844-1667. It has been a brutal lesson to learn in regards to payday loans!! Never, never, never again, will I feel desperate enough to get a payday loan.

Received on work phone yesterday 1:19 pm on phone number 610 960 5784. Note that number is a work phone and left at work locked up. I also work between the hours if 12 am to 8am. No idea of person calling but notification of owing money.
