called lucky talk out of georgia claims 2 b a dating service but calls twice and if u answer all they say "this is the lucky talk dating service, please hold for an operator" but no operator ever comes on

Called several times after 10pm never more than one ring. Trying to find out who it is because they called my landline # and then today a truck w Georgia plates was taking pics of my house...I live states n states away from georgia!!

I received a call tonight Sept 9 at 10:25pm.  Phone rang twice
Then stopped.

called twice at 11pm one ring then nothing. I didn't call back, but wondered what it could be about.
