I received a call from this same number stating that I owe $1185 for a cash advance taken out in 2011. I was informed that if I didn't pay this amount within 24 hours, that my wages will be garnished. I asked that the company supply me with documentation that I owed this loan and the woman explained to me, "well you signed the contract didn't you?" If I signed a contract for a loan, which I know I didn't, why are you just contacting me now after 5 years. Not to mention, this is not on my credit report. THe documents that were sent to me were directly typed up from someone with RMS and there was no proof of the original lender. I refuse to be the victim of this scam and will not pay something I am not responsible for.
