Capital Marketing Services for Visa/Mastercard. They've been calling me from different phone numbers all over the country all week. They never leave a message, but I answered them this time and told them I wasn't interested. They did not give an apology and just hung up.
Update: This company uses a service called tollfreeforwarding.com to make calls from. You can never call them back. The number is always "disconnected".
Received another random USA call. This time from Georgia; 706-993-9358. The guy spoke my name then the call dropped/hung up. I am getting calls from every single State in the Union. Never leave messages. It's a shame that the DNC list doesn't work well for cell phone customer.
