Who called from 7069962922

Called 2x tonight (11/21/2013) but left no message.

Called on 11/21. When I picked up there was nobody on the line. When I called back it appeared that the number is not in service. I wonder how someone manages this.

I'm getting a barrage of unwanted calls today, including from these scumbags.
I wish there was a way to punish them.

Talked spanish gibberish to the woman who called and she hung up in frustration.  Suggest you do similar.

Called, stated, Is this so and so? And I said yes, then they hung up!
