707 123-4567 is probably a bill collector...the name is something like Curtis Rash...can't remember. They have a really lousy reputation with government regulators...constantly violating the collection laws. I do not have positive proof...BUT the games are similar with another telephone number that Curtis uses. Northern California.

Caller calls, I answer not recognizing the number. No one speaks when I ask who it is.
Caller calls again, this time i don't answer. No messsage is left. Caller does not identify themselves or bussiness
This caller has called my phone number from (707)123-4567 on 3 seperate occcassions and each time, after a slight pause it hangs up. This is quite irritating as calls like these interrupt my train of thought if I'm in the middle of working on somethings else. I will be blocking this number from calling me. I play by the 3 strikes rule: 3 strikes and you're OUT! Also, think about it... even their "phone number" in that sequence should have raised some red flags!
